how can i pimp my pack?

i cant afford a quality rolling backpack that i want like the high sierra oversteer or something like that any way...so how can i rig a device to roll the current pack without having to look like an old person rolling a cart...don't want to look like a total goober but a partial goob is okay. and no not just a flat board with wheels. somehow i want to attach nice size wheels like 3 inch all around on the pack.
wut about rolling around a luggage doufle bag thing?

whatever you do to a regular backpack to make it look like a rolling pack will make you look like a Goober even a Barney (from the same show)

just save money till you have enough for a real rolling backpack
